Cocoa and Chocolate 

Cocoa is native to Central and South America, our ancestors recognized its properties 600 years ago. c.

The Mayans knew of its medicinal properties, its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory capacity is currently recognized.

How healthy is chocolate?

Cocoa has the ability to reduce bad cholesterol in the blood, decreasing the probability of heart attacks and the formation of clots.

Some studies have also shown that people who consume cocoa frequently are more likely to survive a heart attack.

So all chocolates are healthy?

Unfortunately no, if we want to take advantage of the medicinal properties of cocoa we must consume low-sugar chocolate, preferably sweetened with natural sweeteners such as stevia or honey, without milk and with more than 70% concentration of pure cocoa, this will guarantee that we take advantage of its properties medicinal to the max.
